Pages untrimmed (some pages uncut) , cloth spine with paper covered sides. Some wear to corners of boards, with soiling on white cloth spine. Hinge blown out on lower 2" of front end page/pastedown. Front end page has original owner's signature - "John Mulligan, Motion Picture Guild"". Ink drawing (scribble) on following page.
